A puskák gyártásának évét viszonylag egyszerű kiszámítani: a bal oldali számozás az évet (kínai számítás szerint, tehát a Kínai Köztársaság alapításától kezdve, adj hozzá +11-et), a jobb oldali szám a hónapot jelöli. Némileg értetlenül álltam azelőtt, hogy az enyém mégis mi lehet, hiszen csak egyetlen egy szám áll a Gongxian Arsenalos beütőm alatt: egy 4-es. Egy órányi angol fórumos keresgélés után megleltem a keresett információt:
"Az első CKS puskákat 1934-ben gyártották, a tömeggyártás azonban csak 1935-ben indult be. Az egy számos jelölés csak hónapot jelöl, évet nem (ergo akármi lehet, akár 1934-es is. Körbekérdezek külföldi fórumokon, hátha valahonnan mégis meglehet állapítani a pontos gyártási évet)"

So add 11 to 31, your rifle was made in 1942. The left number always showing the year, the left number is the month. I was pretty much surprised that my rifle has only got a number four, and I haven't found proper information regarding the year of production, until I found some interesting facts in a forum:
"The single digit 11th Arsenal Chiang Kai Shek rifles are known but the reason for them being so marked is not known. The first rifles were made in 1934 and production began in 1935. The single digit would likely be a month with no year marking." (so it could be anything, even a 1934 one. I will ask in some forums, maybe someone knows how to determine the exact year of produce)
